La Félaurié : Prestige batch This olive oil is extracted in a cold press and made from the olives of a single olive producer in Fontvieille, at the heart of the AOC region. The olives are harvested by hand between November and December when they have reached their optimum maturity. They are then processed and ground separately from all other olives. For this superlative olive oil, we do not use a centrifuge: the oil simply flows from the presses. |
