Visit 2 :
Visit of an olive grove followed by a guided tour of Moulin St Jean during which you will be shown how the mill works and how the olive oil is produced. You will be introduced to the different olive oils produced at Moulin St Jean A.O.C. Vallée des Baux de Provence.
Tasting: olive oil.

A guided tour of Moulin St Jean during which you will be shown how the mill works and how the olive oil is produced. You will be introduced to the different olive oils produced at Moulin St Jean A.O.C. Vallée des Baux de Provence.
Tasting: a course on how to taste olive oils, tapenade (olive paste) and olives.

Visit 4 :
You will visit an olive grove and learn about olive oil production. This will be followed by a guided tour of Moulin St Jean during which you will learn how the mill works and how the olive oil is produced and you will be introduced to the different olive oils produced at Moulin St Jean A.O.C. Vallée des Baux de Provence.
Tasting: a course on how to taste olive oils, tapenade (olive paste) and olives.

Visit 5 :
You will visit an olive grove and learn about olive oil production. This will be followed by a guided tour of Moulin St Jean during which you will learn how the mill works and how the olive oil is produced and you will be introduced to the different olive oils produced at Moulin St Jean A.O.C. Vallée des Baux de Provence.
Tasting: a course on how to taste olive oils, tapenade and green and black olives, anchoïade (anchovy sauce), aïoli (garlic mayonnaise) and wine.

Visits should be booked at least 10 days in advance in writing (by fax or email). In case of cancellation within two days of the scheduled visit, we will charge 25% of the provisional invoice. Please note there are no visits between 11.30 hrs and 14.00 hrs and after 17.00 hours and that picnics are not allowed anywhere on the estate. Visits are for groups of 10 people minimum. Visits are free for the group guide and driver
(a maximum of 2 group guides).
